Invent an eco-friendly car powered by fingernails instead of fossil fuels. The vehicle would contain a keratin combustion engine capable of harnessing the methane and hydrogen found in hair, nails, claws, horns, feathers, and the dead outer layers of skin cells.

Introduce a special Alcohol Purchase ID that would be have to be used by any adult wanting to purchase booze in a shop, restaurant, club or bar. The APID could be temporarily invalidated by police for alcohol-related misdemeanors, by accident/emergency rooms for alcohol-related injuries, or voluntarily by alcoholics wanting extra help to kick the habit.
