The APID could be temporarily invalidated by police for alcohol-related misdemeanors, by accident/emergency rooms for alcohol-related injuries, or voluntarily by alcoholics wanting extra help to kick the habit.

Pair every baby born with a baby from a different country
born on the same day. Each baby would receive information
on their 'birthday pal' until the children are old enough to
communicate with one another if they so wish.

Invent easily biodegradable cigarette filters. This innovation
would help prevent the unsightly accumulation of tossed butts

Design a video game where the player experiences the significant
legal and moral consequences of violent acts such as robbery and
