that films are rated. Parents would then have full knowledge
and control over what their kids watch. Parental control could
be extended so that all programmers of a certain rating and
above would need a PIN entering before viewing.

Embed a program onto CDs that counts the number of times
the disk has been played. Based upon play usage, the program
would slowly introduce pops, hisses and other ambient effects.
Over time, CDs would gather the type of aural warmth beloved
of audiophiles and which well played LPs possess.

Deploy 'eBay Loans' where an eBay customer who desperately
wants an item but doesn't have enough money can borrow the
money from other members. The lender can set their won
payback terms and percentage rate and all repayments would
be made through Paypal. If the repayments aren't met,
negative feedback could be applied to the borrowers account.

Free Idea # 206 - Programmable cell phones

Allow cell phones to be programmed to not allow any outgoing
calls or messages for an amount of time specified by the user.
Alternatively the phone would only restrict outgoing calls to
certain numbers. The function would help avoid the 'drunk
dial / drunk texts' that can lead to trouble.
