Invent shoe soles with fabric hook-and-loop fasteners on one
side and a tough surface on the other. Anyone wearing socks
and wanting to go outside briefly would simply attach the
fabric hook-and-loop fasteners soles instead of having to find
and put on their usual outdoor footwear.
