Create a service called 'The Pitch Doctors' where,
for a nominal fee, would be novelists,
screenwriters, game designers and TV show creators
could pitch their idea to a panel of experts. The
panel would assure confidentiality and would tell
people if they are wasting their time or whether
they should pursue the dream.
