Create a nationwide network of sensors which track
the movement of vehicles. All vehicles would be
fitted with a unique signal and the sensors would
be able to trace exactly where a vehicle has been.
Only the Police would have access to the data
which would be used to trace stolen autos or to
verify alibis.
